Hourly Wage: $15.25 - $17.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Trident is on the lookout for a detail-focused professional to oversee security operations at a key infrastructure site. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values independence, steady routines, and a quiet, focused work setting. The right fit will bring outstanding customer service skills, a polished and respectful manner when interacting with City Hall staff, public officials, and community members. Flexibility in scheduling matters here since coverage past 5:00 P.M. may occasionally be needed to support City Council meeting security.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Walk patrols and secure all outdoor perimeters, confirming that doors and gates remain locked.
• Keep eyes on the premises for potential safety concerns, facility upkeep matters, or unauthorized access.
• Offer courteous guidance and help to guests and client personnel as needed.
• Respond quickly to medical situations by delivering CPR/AED intervention when required.
• Conduct routine checks on security devices and record any unusual or suspicious activity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A current and valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card is mandatory.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and carry out duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and act professionally during high-pressure incidents.
• Dependable personal transportation is required.
