Hourly Wage: $15.25 - $17.00/hr
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Trident is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee security operations at a critical infrastructure site. This opportunity is well-suited for an individual who appreciates independence, consistency, and a quiet, focused workplace. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service abilities, maintaining a polished and respectful manner while engaging with City Hall personnel, public officials, and community members. Schedule flexibility is essential, as coverage beyond 5:00 P.M. may occasionally be needed to support City Council meeting security.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Conduct patrols and secure all outdoor perimeters, verifying that doors and gates remain locked.

• Observe the premises for potential safety concerns, facility upkeep matters, or unauthorized access.

• Offer courteous guidance and assistance to guests and client personnel as needed.

• React promptly to medical situations, providing CPR/AED intervention when required.

• Perform routine checks on security devices and document any unusual or suspicious occurrences.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current and valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card is mandatory.

• Physical ability to walk, stand, and perform duties outdoors across a range of weather conditions.

• Demonstrated capacity to remain calm and act professionally during high-pressure incidents.

• Dependable personal transportation is required.
