Job Title: Security Operations Manager
Location: New Jersey / Philadelphia Region
Salary: $65,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage security services across multiple client sites in the New Jersey and Philadelphia region. This role is responsible for operational performance, staffing, client satisfaction, and compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day security operations across assigned client accounts

• Supervise field managers and security officers to ensure service excellence

• Ensure compliance with training and company policies

• Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and coverage for all sites

• Respond to client concerns, incidents, and emergencies as needed

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and performance evaluations

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of security personnel

• Prepare incident reports, operational metrics, and client documentation

• Maintain strong client relationships and support contract retention

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of security operations or management experience

• Prior experience managing multiple sites and supervisory staff

• Knowledge of NJ and PA security regulations and licensing requirements preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the region

• Proficiency with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
