Security Field Manager

Job Title: Security Field Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $50,000 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Field Manager to oversee daily security operations and manage field personnel. This role is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, maintaining high service standards, and serving as the primary point of contact between security officers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support security officers across assigned sites

• Conduct regular site inspections and post audits

• Ensure all security staff follow company policies and client requirements

• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and call-offs

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns as needed

• Train, coach, and discipline field staff when necessary

• Complete reports related to incidents, staffing, and performance

• Serve as a liaison between clients, security officers, and company leadership

Qualifications:

• • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must have a basic understanding of Automotive Repair (i.e. Changing a tire, checking oil, etc.)
  • Prior experience conducting site inspections
    • Ability to write detailed inspection reports
  • 4+ years of recent Security experience
  • Security Field Supervisory experience of at least 1 year required

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

• Must pass background check and drug screening
