ARMED SECURITY OFFICER - SERGEANT (PATROL)

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 2300-0700

Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview

Cambridge Security Services is seeking professional Armed Sergeants to provide leadership oversight for officers while ensuring full compliance with client client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers
• Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior & exterior)
• Control access and verify guest/vendor credentials
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Provide high-level customer service to residents, members, and guests
• Enforce property rules and post orders

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of armed security experience (preferred)
• Prior leadership experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test
• Reliable transportation
