Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour

Coverage Area: Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview

The Armed Flex Officer supports multiple sites throughout Boca Raton. This role requires maximum flexibility and readiness to respond to call-offs, new assignments, and emergency coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at various client locations
• Respond to short-notice shift assignments
• Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties
• Maintain communication with Command Center
• Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed
• Uphold uniform and appearance standards

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred)
• Open availability (days, nights, weekends)
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test
