Unarmed Security Officer

Pay: $15.00 per hour

A Good candidate for our company is Flexible, confident, and good with people. Customer service is a must. Prior military experience and/or law enforcement, security experience is preferred. Security officers are responsible for protecting personnel and property, crowd control, and keeping the peace, but We don't stop there we go the extra mile. Must be willing to be more, do more and be a part of the solution.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have reliable transportation, a working cell phone and be able to lift over 75 pounds. Security serves the public and must take care of our client so the ability to adjust to last minute changes and/or fill a customer's needs with little to no notice is a requirement for the position. Must be able to De-escalate conflict and be good with people. Good communication is a must, patience and a desire to keep the peace.

Other preferred skills are: Dependable, honest, healthy body and mind, and proactive vs. reactive.

**Must be willing to work nights and weekends.**

Security is needed at odd hours and dictated by the needs of our customers.

Must have reliable transportation

Part time position's available with the potential for full time.

Hedge of Protection offers the opportunity for advancement, lateral changes, and training for armed and unarmed Officers.

This means If you are unlicensed or have an expired there will be a personal investment needed with in the first 30 days of your hire.
