Colonial Security Services is seeking reliable and flexible On-Call Security Officers to provide coverage for call-offs, vacations, special events, and emergency staffing needs throughout the Philadelphia area. This position is ideal for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts on short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional security services at assigned client locations.
• Patrol buildings and property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control and verify visitor credentials.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Complete accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous security experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be willing to pick up AT LEAST 16 hours per week, including weekends
