Security Officer - Part-Time - Overnight

Schedule: Saturday to Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours: 24 hours per week (set schedule)

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Security Officer to support a multi-building commercial office property. This role involves maintaining a safe and orderly environment through patrols, visitor interaction, and monitoring of key access points.
The assignment includes both indoor lobby coverage and outdoor patrol responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who stays alert, communicates clearly, and takes pride in maintaining a professional presence.
 

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Greet and assist visitors entering and exiting the property
• Monitor lobby activity and ensure compliance with building procedures
• Conduct foot patrols across all three buildings and surrounding areas
• Patrol parking areas using a golf cart and enforce parking guidelines
• Observe for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
• Respond to incidents and contact emergency services when needed
• Maintain awareness of traffic entering and exiting the property
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activity in written reports
• Report any security concerns or breaches promptly
