About
City Security Services is expanding and looking to add a skilled Security Officer to support a multi-family residential property. Our team operates on a foundation of continuous training and development, giving officers the tools they need to perform confidently in the field.
This role focuses on maintaining a safe and orderly environment while working closely with residents, visitors, and property management.
 

Position Summary
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the property, conducting patrols, and addressing safety concerns as they arise. The position requires strong awareness, clear communication, and the ability to remain professional in a variety of situations.
 

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols throughout the property, including common areas and parking spaces
• Monitor access points and observe traffic entering and exiting the community
• Watch for suspicious behavior, trespassing, or potential safety risks
• Respond to incidents and contact emergency services when appropriate
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity
• Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activity and any incidents
• Communicate updates with management and follow site procedures
