Pay Rate: $15.50 - $17.50
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The responsibilities outlined represent daily expectations. TRIDENT Security Officers are the backbone of our service; they have to be trustworthy and meticulous. This position calls for working independently, thinking critically when solving problems, and balancing multiple priorities at once.
KEY DUTIES
- Learn and stay current on all post orders, pass-down notes, and site-specific bulletins or communications.
- Provide strong frontline support to client staff, guests, teammates, and members of the general public who need help, directions, or general assistance.
- Log and pass along client or public inquiries and concerns to the proper TRIDENT representative or designated on-site contact.
- Produce thorough, accurate incident and complaint reports, routing them properly to TRIDENT and the Client.
- Walk scheduled patrols of the premises (once per hour) to keep up a visible security presence and a safe setting.
- Monitor and confirm access for authorized vehicles, employees, and visitors entering the site.
- Keep a safe working environment and make sure everyone on site complies with applicable PPE requirements.
- Respond to medical events by delivering first aid, CPR, and AED support when needed.
- Inspect all interior and exterior access points to confirm doors and gates are properly secured and functional.
- Run comprehensive interior and exterior walkthroughs to identify damage, safety risks, maintenance needs, or anything unusual.
- Report incidents involving suspicious individuals or behavior through the proper chain of command.
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by TRIDENT.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in a security capacity is preferred.
LICENSE & CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess and maintain a valid ASRB Guard Card.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Alabama Driver's License.

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- May involve driving a company vehicle to travel between assigned locations.
- Position is active and physical, taking place across varied environments with frequent movement between client sites.
- Must be prepared to perform duties both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Availability on weekends, holidays, and for overtime is expected based on operational needs.
