About the Role

TRIDENT is seeking a Security Officer to deliver professional safety and security services at client locations in Cupertino, CA.

The right candidate will be dependable, service-oriented, and capable of staying composed in a fast-paced environment. This position requires sharp observation skills and a calm, professional presence at all times.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of Security Specialists to maintain a safe environment for both customers and employees in retail settings.
• Conduct regular foot patrols of assigned areas to maintain visibility and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor, report, and address unusual or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Investigate and record security-related incidents, accidents, and facility concerns.
• Assist supervisors, clients, or other personnel responding to requests for support.
• Provide assistance to client staff during evacuations, emergencies, or hazardous situations.
• Support crowd management efforts and coordinate with public safety officials when needed.
• Verify proper identification for employees accessing client property.
• Assist with parking enforcement and help resolve vehicle-related concerns.
• Interact with customers and employees courteously and professionally at all times.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic First Aid, CPR, or AED support when certified.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security or customer-facing experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must obtain or currently hold a valid California Guard Card (BSIS) within 30 days of hire.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
