PAY: $20.50 - $21.50/hr
SCHEDULE: Part-time Flex Security Officer, 0-29 hours per week. Variable shifts based on operational needs; weekend and holiday availability required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

TRIDENT is a crew of experienced Security Specialists focused on delivering premier Tier-1 security services. As a Security Specialist, you serve as the face of TRIDENT and the first touchpoint between our clients and our organization. You carry the TRIDENT brand through a visible presence, upholding safety standards and providing professional, client-centered service in every interaction.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Review and stay current on all post orders, pass-down logs, and location-specific instructions.
• Provide top-tier frontline customer service to staff, guests, and the general public.
• Collect and route concerns, issues, or questions from clients or the public to the proper TRIDENT contact or site POC.
• Make sure every document and report is complete, accurate, and properly escalated through the right channels.
• Complete scheduled perimeter and interior patrol rounds (every 60 minutes) to keep security and order intact.
• Monitor access control for authorized individuals, vehicles, and visitors entering the property.
• Keep the workspace safe and hazard-free, confirming PPE compliance for everyone on site.
• Respond to medical events and deliver basic first aid, CPR, and AED support.
• Inspect doors and gates to confirm all entry points are properly secured and functional.
• Walk building interiors to detect damage, hazards, maintenance concerns, or anything out of the ordinary.
• Report incidents involving suspicious persons or behavior through the proper chain of command.
• Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by TRIDENT.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior security experience is preferred.

LICENSE & DRIVING CREDENTIALS

• Must obtain or currently possess a valid Nevada Guard Card.
• A valid Nevada Driver's License is required.

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• May require operating a company vehicle between client locations.
• Physically active role covering varied environments with movement between client sites.
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors across all weather conditions.
• Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations throughout the shift.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as operational demand dictates.
