NV PAY RATE: $20.50 - $21.50/hr
SCHEDULE: Multiple shifts available. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

TRIDENT is an organization of dedicated Security Specialists committed to delivering superior Tier-1 security services. As a Security Specialist, you represent the face of TRIDENT and are the primary point of contact for our clients.
You serve as a visible ambassador of the TRIDENT brand, upholding safety and delivering professional, client-focused service at every interaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and stay up to date on all post orders, pass-down notes, and site-specific communications.
• Provide excellent first-line customer service to employees, visitors, and the public.
• Log and report any concerns, issues, or questions from clients or the public to the appropriate Trident contact or site POC.
• Confirm all documentation and reports are thorough and correctly escalated as needed.
• Perform routine perimeter and interior patrols (every 60 minutes) to maintain security presence and order.
• Regulate access for authorized personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Maintain a hazard-free working environment and verify PPE compliance among all on-site workers.
• Respond to medical situations and administer basic first aid, CPR, and AED.
• Carry out door and gate checks to confirm all entry points are secured and operational.
• Conduct building walkthroughs to identify damage, hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual circumstances.
• Escalate incidents involving suspicious activity or personnel through the proper chain of command.
• Complete any additional responsibilities as directed by Trident.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience is preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Must obtain or currently hold a valid Nevada Guard Card within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License required.

PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• May require driving a company vehicle between locations.
• Active work across varied physical environments with travel between client sites.
• Must work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Weekend, holiday, and overtime availability required as needed.
