Security Account Manager - Washington DC

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Security Account Manager to oversee security operations and ensure high-quality service at client locations in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage security personnel, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure all posts are properly staffed.

• Manage, supervise, and support security officers and site supervisors.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations.

• Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping.

• Ensure security officers follow post orders, company policies, and client requirements.

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and staffing issues as needed.

• Prepare incident reports, operational reports, and other required documentation.

• Assist with recruiting, training, and employee performance management.

• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve service quality.

• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security management, account management, or security supervision.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.

• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and timekeeping systems.

• Valid security license required for Washington, DC

• Availability to respond to operational and staffing concerns when necessary.
