Position: Response Team Officer - Downtown Chicago

We are currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers to join our Response Team at several high-rise buildings in Downtown Chicago. Reponse Team Officers have five set work days and two set days off. RTO's are on-call and must be available for all shifts on their five work days.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered during duty, including offering assistance with directions and general inquiries.
  • Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and ensure a safe environment.
  • Maintain accurate logs related to people and property, including packages.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies on the property, documenting relevant data for building and Titan Security management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MLP

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 1 year experience as a security officer, or in customer service, retail, hotel, or restaurant roles.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), including fulfilling state-accredited training requirements.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job, including lifting over 50 lbs, conducting foot patrols, ascending and descending stairs, and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable with heights and elevators.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in security or customer service fields.
  • Bilingual proficiency considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
