Job Skills / Requirements
- Lead, manage, and supervise security officers assigned to the post.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all site-specific security protocols.
- Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and roll calls.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies; ensure accurate and timely incident reporting.
- Train and mentor new and existing security staff.
- Maintain all required logs, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor security equipment, including CCTV, access control systems, and radios.
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Guard Card
Valid State Driver's License
