Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Full-Time Gate Security Officer in the Knoxville, TN area for 3rd Shift. These positions offer a starting hourly rate of $17.00/hr - with weekly pay.

Requirements
- TN Security License preferred but not required.
- Security experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Access control in and out of the facility.
- Checking truck loads and volume daily.
- Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.).
- Checking in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control.
- Communicating site-specific concerns or issues to the site supervisor and client.
- Utilize various logs to document specific truck related items.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
TN Security License
