FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - Non- Commissioned Officer

The above Employee is being hired as a Security Flex Officer and agrees to perform the
following duties:
? Provide on-site security services at various locations as assigned by the Company.
? Patrol premises, monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, and secure the
premises.
? Address emergencies, incidents, and alarms while adhering to the established security
protocols of the site.
? Prepare and submit detailed reports on security activities.
? Provide customer service and maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and
visitors.
? Maintain security equipment and ensure all protocols are followed.

2. Schedule and Hours
The Employee’s work schedule will be variable based on the needs of the Company and client requirements.
 
The Employee agrees to be available for flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as necessary in accordance with their shift assignment. International
-Guard Services do not of have “Assigned Shifts”, but we do offer shift assignments. You are not guaranteed to keep your assignment if you are not performing. The Employee acknowledges that they will be temporarily filling in for another employee who is unable to attend their scheduled shift. The Company will provide the Employee with advance notice of the work schedule for that shift; however, changes may occur based on operational requirements.
Additionally, there may be instances where a last-minute request is made for the employee to cover an unexpected absence or new assignment. 

Overtime: Any hours worked beyond the regular 40-hour schedule will be compensated
at the time and a halve overtime.
