Pay:$20.50 - $21.50/hr
Schedule: Variable Schedule (Guaranteed opportunity to earn 40 hours/week)

We are seeking adaptable, ambitious professionals to serve as our primary operational support across the Boulder area. You will gain mastery over multiple security environments, preparing you for rapid advancement. This is the ideal role for those who refuse to settle for a static post and want to drive their career forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rapid Response: Be available to cover shifts on short notice and return all work communications within 30 minutes.

• Adaptability: Work at various locations, covering vacations, call-offs, and special projects.

• Asset Protection: Deter crime, enforce client rules, and report suspicious activity.

• Emergency Management: Handle crisis situations calmly and provide CPR/First Aid when needed.

• Technology: Utilize wireless technology for reporting and site communications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent(Required for commercial insurance compliance).

• Valid Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving experience.

• Valid Merchant Guard License or Security License (as required by municipality).

• Clean Driving Record: No major violations (36 months) and minimal accidents/moving violations (24 months).

• Intermediate computer skills and ability to work in all weather conditions (including snow).
