The function of a Field Supervisor is to provide support to Operations in the execution and day-to-day management of the assigned Operations Portfolio. The Field Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager (OM) on a daily basis and is
subsequently rated/counseled on performance, work ethic and expectation management. Field Supervisors will be responsible for supervising security officers, scheduling, disciplinary counseling, performance evaluations, incident investigations and payroll issues for all officers within the assigned region. This position will require travel by car.
Main Responsibilities and Functions (but not limited to):
· Familiarization with each Statement of Work (SOW)/Contract for all sites within the Operations Portfolio, conduct in-depth Quality Control Inspections (QCI) of all locations within the portfolio focusing on security processes, assigned personnel and equipment to ensure SecTek operational compliance; when required ensure that corrective action is taken immediately to facilitate continued operations.
· Assist in ensuring proper manning levels are achieved at each site on a reoccurring basis through active recruitment and retention policies as outlined by the Director, Human Resources (DHR), the Director, Operations (DO) and the CEO.
· Ensure that all Security Officers (SO’s) are properly credentialed and trained (with appropriate certifications) to execute the functions of each post and/or facility
· Provide situational awareness to the OM on all matters and concerns associated with the Operations Portfolio through interaction with the SO’s on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule
· Provide assistance to site specific Project Managers/Site Supervisors in meeting company requirements for scheduling, payroll and other activities as directed by the OM to ensure we meet client expectations
· Provide well thought out and focused feedback to all SO’s within the portfolio on issues and matters of concern through a thorough understanding of the compliance process with special emphasis given to procedures at each post/site
· Maintain proper credentialing and be prepared to move into site position(s) within the portfolio (SO/SS/SM)
· Outstanding customer service skills.

REQUIRED
Minimum 4 years of operations management experience, managing a guard force in a physical security environment
- HS Diploma required, AA/AS desired
- PMP certification desired

- State License as required for contract
