Job Skills / Requirements

Field Supervisor will enforce Company policies and procedures. Will assist and oversee after hours day to day security operations. The security supervisor position will need to oversee the team during the evening /weekend hours, as well flexibility in schedule for ever-changing operational needs
This role will assist in scheduling/ identifying Security officer replacement in case of call outs. Patrolling company accounts in company marked vehicle. Supervising and visiting security officers in the field. Writing detailed, daily reports and performing investigations of occurrences as necessary Responding to emergencies and giving direction to employees as necessary.
Patrol Supervisor candidates must have a valid CA guard card, clean DMV record, and supervisory security experience OR extensive patrol experience. Candidates must also have a flexible schedule and be able to work any shift without restrictions. Ability to work and make decisions independently is essential. Strong communication, written, and verbal skills are a must.
