ARMED TACTICAL SECURITY OFFICER

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday

Hours: 7:00 pm - 3:00 am

Cambridge Security is seeking professional, alert, and dependable Tactical Security Officers (TAC) to join our team. This role requires strong situational awareness, quick decision-making skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-visibility patrols (foot and/or vehicle)
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vendors
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Work closely with site management and local authorities when necessary

Requirements:

• Active State Security License (D & G preferred if armed position)
• Prior tactical, law enforcement, military, or high-level security experience preferred
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and demeanor
