We are looking for only the best candidates, with skills to include critical thinking, and a thirst for professional excellence.QUALIFICATIONS* Must have an active DC ARMED SPO license to be considered.* Must have a minimum of 3 YEARS of relevant Armed Security Experience* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, Credit Check and background check* Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Must have a high school diploma or GED recognized by the Department of EducationPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESOur Supervisors are responsible for providing quality supervisory physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:* Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses* Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems* Creating detailed reports on building activity* Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site* Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders* Controlling/restricting access to the property* Responding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy

Schedule: Weekends (Overnights)

CPR/AED
DCSPO Armed
MEB (Monadnock Expandable Baton) Plus Handcuffing Certification
X-RAY/MAGNOMETER
