Armed Security Officer Day Shift

Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview

We are seeking professional Armed Security Officers for a structured daytime environment with high public interaction. This role requires a strong presence, sound judgment, and the ability to respond decisively in emergency situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

This position includes access control, visible patrol, traffic assistance during peak hours, and the ability to respond to critical incidents if they arise.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be Armed
• Current Armed Security License
• Active Shooter Training (required)
• Dallas Law Certification (required)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to operate a company-issued vehicle
• Vehicle & firearm qualifications must be completed prior to hire
• Background check and drug screening required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor access points and surrounding areas
• Assist with vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow during arrival and dismissal periods
• Conduct routine patrols and safety checks
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and critical incidents
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and site leadership
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with policy and training
