Afternoon Flex Security Officer

Worksite: Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties
Hourly Wage: $15.25 - $17.00/hr
Shift: Afternoon Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW

Trident is bringing on a detail-focused, adaptable professional to step into a Flex Security Officer role covering afternoon operations at multiple client locations. This opening is a strong fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day, values being reliable, and is committed to providing premium security service in an ever-shifting environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Run patrols and lock down all assigned areas, including checking doors, gates, and access points during afternoon shift hours.
• Keep an eye on properties for safety concerns, facility upkeep issues, or unauthorized access.
• Provide courteous directions and assistance to guests and client personnel.
• Jump on medical emergencies quickly and deliver CPR/AED intervention as needed.
• Carry out daily checks on security equipment and log any suspicious incidents.
• Rotate and flex across multiple client sites throughout Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties based on operational demand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Capable of walking, standing, and working outdoors across a range of weather conditions.
• Ability to stay composed and professional during high-pressure incidents.
• Must have dependable personal transportation.
• Must be willing and able to work at multiple client sites within Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties.
• Available to work afternoon shift hours, including weekends as operational needs dictate.
