Afternoon Flex Security Officer

Worksite: Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties
Hourly Wage: $15.25 - $17.00/hr
Shift: Afternoon Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW

Trident is hiring a detail-oriented and versatile professional to take on a Flex Security Officer role supporting afternoon operations at multiple client locations. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys variety, values dependability, and is committed to delivering premium security service in an ever-changing environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Conduct patrols and secure all assigned areas, including inspecting doors, gates, and access points during afternoon shift hours.
• Observe properties for safety concerns, facility upkeep issues, or unauthorized access.
• Offer courteous directions and support to guests and client personnel.
• React promptly to medical emergencies and administer CPR/AED intervention as needed.
• Perform daily checks on security equipment and document any suspicious incidents.
• Rotate and flex among multiple client sites across Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties based on operational demand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Capable of walking, standing, and working outdoors across a range of weather conditions.
• Ability to remain composed and professional during high-pressure incidents.
• Must have dependable personal transportation.
• Must be willing and able to work at multiple client sites within Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties.
• Available to work afternoon shift hours, including weekends as operational needs dictate.
