Job Summary: Located in the Yonkers HQ office, Dispatch is the 24-hour hub for all communications. From National/ Local clients, security officers, requests & concerns, all calls are received by this team and sent to the proper channels.
Job Description:
· Answer calls in a timely & professional manner. Hearing the needs of the caller and pointing them to the department that can further assist, along with sending an email on their behalf
· Complies and records multiple types of data Including but not limited to: Clock ins/out, call outs, emergencies, potential clients & National requests
· Send/ respond to Dispatch & nationals' emails in a time timely manner
· Must be able to multitask – Phone calls, emails to proper department & provide access control to the front desk of HQ
· Must have the ability to maintain professional composure during stressful situations.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum two years of dispatcher/ customer service experience
Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills and always display a professional demeanor and excellent customer service
Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology
High School Diploma/GED
Valid State ID
Valid Social Security Card
