We are currently seeking part-time Unarmed Security Guards for our client.
Job Summary
Our professional security guards are responsible for providing superior physical security services at our client’s site. They demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Job Skills / Requirements
Position Responsibilities
Our Officers are responsible for providing quality physical security at the client site. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Vehicle and foot patrol of the property, parking garages, and surface parking lots
- Access control
- Maintain visitor control as directed by property management
- Monitor CCTV cameras
- Respond to and assist in emergency situations as required
- Handle afterhours emergencies
- Enforce property rules and regulations; Report unusual activity to property management
- effective communication.
- Escort tenants to cars in the parking garage and parking lot
- Handle afterhours emergencies
- Operate vendor provided vehicle to patrol the parking garage and surface parking; fuel
- Provide great customer service
Education Requirements (Any)
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
North Carolina Guard Card
Additional Information / Benefits
Qualifications
Must have an active North Carolina unarmed security guard license
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of relevant security experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Shift:
Saturday & Sundays: 6:00am-6:00pm
Saturday & Sundays: 6:00am-6:00pm
