Night Dispatcher

We are looking for a motivated and multi-tasking individual who will be a dynamic Night Receptionist/Dispatcher. This is a nighttime position that will answer calls and assist all our security officers in the field throughout the night. If you are good on the phone and computer, this could be the right opportunity for you.

The job requires taking phone calls and discerning the need then dispatching our security officers in an efficient and prompt manner. Customer service is essential. Basic computer skills are required. Must be able to multitask. You will be watching screens, answering calls, and working on computers.

Your primary responsibilities would be:

• Answering phone calls
• Watching security cameras at various sites
• Taking alarm calls from alarm vendors and dispatching officers to those sites
• Monitoring our software to track our fleet at night
• Calling and checking in with our officers to ensure they are safe and are not in need of anything
• Answering questions from security officers to help them succeed
• Dispatching mobile patrol officers whenever we get calls from clients about issues at their locations
• Entering data or doing some research/searches on our software for clients
• Miscellaneous other duties

Hours: Hiring for several shifts nightly (between the hours of 4 pm - 7:30 am)

Hours may be adjusted based on the needs of individuals hired for these positions.
