Afternoon Flex Security Officer

Worksite: Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties
Hourly Wage: $15.25 - $17.00/hr
Shift: Afternoon Shift

POSITION OVERVIEW

Trident is looking for a disciplined, flexible professional to fill a Flex Security Officer position covering afternoon hours across multiple client locations. This is an ideal fit for candidates who enjoy a dynamic work environment, take pride in dependability, and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of security service regardless of where the day takes them.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Conduct scheduled patrols and secure all designated areas during afternoon shift hours, including checking doors, gates, and access control points.
• Actively monitor assigned properties for safety hazards, maintenance issues, or any signs of unauthorized access.
• Assist visitors and client personnel with directions and general inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Respond immediately to medical situations and administer CPR and AED intervention when required.
• Perform routine inspections of security equipment and maintain accurate records of any incidents or unusual activity.
• Rotate between multiple client sites throughout Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties based on operational coverage needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Guard Card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Capable of walking, standing, and working outdoors across a range of weather conditions.
• Ability to stay composed and professional during high-pressure incidents.
• Must have dependable personal transportation.
• Must be willing and able to work at multiple client sites within Greater Madison, Limestone, and Morgan Counties.
• Available to work afternoon shift hours, including weekends as operational needs dictate.
